Dr. Yuan grew up in Shanghai, China. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from University of California, Davis, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Yuan sees a career in veterinary medicine as an opportunity to make a direct impact on animals’ life and improve human-animal bond. Dr. Yuan’s veterinary passions include internal medicine, neurology, and emergency care. In addition to her veterinary training, Dr. Yuan has also published several articles in peer-reviewed journals on neuroscience and respiratory pathology.
In her free time, Dr. Yuan enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog.
